In 2018, as the leading fashion e-commerce platform in Asia, ZALORA recognized the necessity of establishing its Unique Selling Proposition (USP). Through collaborative brainstorming and discussions involving the Onsite, Campaign, and Marketing teams, the decision was made to focus on three primary USPs: 100% Guaranteed Original Products, Thousands of Fashion Brands, and 30 Days Free Returns. 
The effective communication of these three USPs to customers is paramount for ensuring a comfortable shopping experience. Consequently, we developed distinctive icons and messaging, strategically placing them on ZALORA's website, app, and desktop. The examples provided showcase the icons and app onboarding designs created for this USP campaign.

These icons also can be seen the first time customers download the app version. The 3 USPs act as a main onboarding session for the first-time shopper.​​​​​​​
