PHUNKTION is a monthly drum 'n bass club night held in Jakarta, Indonesia by Javabass Soundsystem. Beginning as an underground community (and maintaining that essence), PHUNKTION has evolved to become the longest-running event series in Indonesia. Since 2010, when I initially joined as their social media person, I have been entrusted with the responsibility of crafting all their flyers and promotional posters. My role involves ensuring that the visual direction remains on-brand, effectively representing the unique blend of music and culture synonymous with PHUNKTION.
